Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using Umigari (the “Site”) you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any portion of the terms, discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Use of the Service

The Site is a fan-run information resource that provides game summaries, iframe embeds, and outbound links for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not interfere with site operations, scrape or harvest data in bulk, or engage in activities that degrade performance or security.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the copy, layout, and original screenshots on the Site are owned by the Umigari team. Games, videos, and other assets displayed through iframes remain the property of their respective creators and are shown under public embedding permissions or licensing agreements. We do not claim ownership of third-party works.

User Submissions

When you send feedback, links, or promotional materials you warrant that you have the right to share them and grant Umigari a non-exclusive license to display, adapt, and redistribute the material in connection with the Site and our social channels. Do not submit content that infringes another party’s rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every embed will remain available, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that external content will be error-free. Outages, removals, or policy changes by third-party platforms are beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Umigari and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on external links. When playing embedded games you must follow the originating service’s terms and privacy policy.

Third-Party Advertising

We display ads through Google AdSense. By using the Site you acknowledge that:

• Third parties, including Google, may use cookies to deliver personalized advertisements
• You can manage or opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings
• Umigari is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers

Prohibited Conduct

When accessing the Site you agree not to:

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
